Speaker Bio

John R. Childress is an advisor to CEOs and the former co-founder and CEO of an international consulting firm specializing in working with senior leadership teams on issues of Culture Change, Senior Team Alignment, and Strategy Execution.  

For 30+ years he has been advising CEOs and senior team on business improvement and culture change.  He is also a Visiting Professor in Strategy and Leadership at IE Business School, Madrid. His recent advisory work with CEOs  and senior executive teams include CNH Industrial, Textron, General Dynamics, Ford of Europe, BSkyB, British Telecom. 

His recent business books, LEVERAGE: The CEO’s Guide to Corporate Culture,  andFASTBREAK: The CEO’s Guide to Strategy Execution are considered by CEO’s and senior executives as must reads for insights into navigating change and delivering superior performance.  

John is a Harvard graduate, a dual US/UK citizen and has lived in London for 20 years.
